Protecting your privacy is important to us. The mobile application “Mentriva” is designed to provide AI-based guidance while minimizing data collection and ensuring user privacy.

No User Registration
Mentriva does not require account creation, login, or registration.
Users can access and use the application immediately after installation.

AI Interaction and Server Communication
Mentriva provides AI-based guidance and reflective support. The application communicates with backend infrastructure and third-party AI services to process user inputs and generate responses.

During this process:

  • User messages are transmitted securely for processing
  • Messages are not stored on our servers after processing
  • No user profiles are created
  • Data is processed only for generating responses and is not retained beyond what is necessary
  • Third-party AI providers may process the data as part of generating responses

Use of AI Knowledge Sources
AI responses are generated based on general knowledge, processed educational materials, and AI model capabilities.

Optional User Information
The app may optionally request information such as:

All conversation history and messages are stored locally on the user’s device.

Mentriva does NOT use:

  • Tracking technologies
  • Third-party analytics tools

We do not monitor or analyze user behavior.

In-App Purchases
Future versions of Mentriva may include optional in-app purchases.
Any purchases will be processed through the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play).
We do not store any payment information.
