2. About Todo-Manager

Todo-Manager is an educational app designed to support playful learning of German letters, numbers and vocabulary.

The app can be used by children, young people and adults. It provides interactive learning activities using letters, words, pictures and audio.

Todo-Manager does not require users to create an account or sign in.

The app does not ask users to provide a name, email address, username, password or other account information in order to use the app.

4. Learning progress and preferences

Learning progress, game progress and app preferences are stored locally on the user’s device.

Todo-Manager does not send this locally stored learning progress to CodeCraft Studio.

Local app data can generally be removed by clearing the app’s data in the device settings or by uninstalling the app.

5. Online content

Todo-Manager may connect to the Todo-Manager content service at:

The app may use this service to:

check whether updated app information is available;
retrieve or update educational words;
retrieve images used in learning activities;
retrieve audio content and pronunciations;
retrieve other educational content required by the app.

Some downloaded content may be temporarily or locally cached on the device so that it can be used by the app.

6. Technical connection data

When Todo-Manager connects to our server, normal technical information required for an internet connection may be processed by the server and/or hosting provider.

This may include, for example:

IP address;
date and time of the request;
requested resource or URL;
basic technical request information.

This information may be processed as part of normal server operation, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and delivery of the requested content.

Todo-Manager does not use this information to create advertising profiles of users.

7. Advertising and analytics

Todo-Manager does not contain advertising.

The app does not include an advertising SDK.

The app does not include an analytics SDK for tracking user behaviour.

Todo-Manager does not use the Android Advertising ID for advertising purposes.

Todo-Manager does not provide functionality that allows users to share messages, images, audio or other personal content with other users.

CodeCraft Studio does not sell users’ personal data.

Technical information necessary to operate the online content service may be processed by the hosting or infrastructure providers involved in delivering and protecting the service.

9. Children’s privacy

Todo-Manager is intended to be suitable for children as well as older users.

The app does not require children to create an account or provide their name, email address, phone number or other account information.

Todo-Manager does not contain advertising or behavioural advertising SDKs and does not provide social networking or user-to-user communication features.

CodeCraft Studio aims to operate Todo-Manager in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and Google Play policies relating to apps whose target audience includes children.

10. Permissions

Todo-Manager only uses device capabilities and permissions required for its functionality.

The app does not use precise location to share a user’s physical location with other users.

The app does not require access to a user’s contacts for its educational functionality.

11. Data stored on the device

App preferences and learning progress may be stored locally on the device.

Downloaded educational content may also be cached locally.

Users can remove locally stored app data by clearing the app’s storage through the device settings or by uninstalling Todo-Manager.

12. Data retention

Locally stored learning progress and preferences remain on the user’s device until they are deleted through the device settings, removed by the app, or the app is uninstalled.

Technical server logs, where generated by the server or hosting infrastructure, may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, technical operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

13. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the services used by Todo-Manager.

Internet transmissions and online services cannot, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure in all circumstances.

14. Third-party services and external links

Todo-Manager may provide links that open external websites, for example legal information or other CodeCraft Studio pages.

When users leave Todo-Manager and visit an external website, the privacy practices of that website apply.

The Todo-Manager online content service may rely on hosting and infrastructure providers necessary to deliver and protect the service.

We may update this Privacy Policy when Todo-Manager, its online services or applicable requirements change.
